Returns Policy

We offer a 28-day return policy. This means you have 28 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a return.

For both UK and international orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery before reporting an item as not received.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please email us at wishbonecharm@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or damaged.
